The London Cancer Alliance was established in 2011 as the integrated cancer system across west and south London. We work collaboratively with 15 NHS provider organisations, as well as with two academic health science centres and the voluntary sector. We provide comprehensive, integrated cancer patient pathways and services within formal, governed structures to drive improvements in patient outcomes and experience for the populations we serve.
Further information on the 15 NHS provider organisations that have co-created the LCA can be found here.
We work collaboratively across the integrated cancer system to deliver safe and effective care, improve cancer clinical outcomes and enhance patients' and carers' experience and quality of care.
Our integrated cancer system is clinically-led, with responsibility for delivering specified care pathways for different tumour sites and for delivering safe and effective care for the populations we serve.
